Simple Musings on Canes

So I've been thinking lately about canes. Thinking about them ALOT, actually. I might say at the outset that I've never been caned. I've been whipped with a dressage whip. I've been paddled with a wooden spoon, a wooden spatula, and a hair brush (plastic). I've been beaten with a riding crop. I've been strapped with a belt (hers). And I've enjoyed immensely each one of these.

My own feeble efforts at researching the topic has only revealed that bamboo is dangerous because it's hollow down the centre, and if the cane breaks it can seriously damage the skin (bruises I'm fond of, but out and out cuts I am not).

One other option is rattan, and I've been looking through hobby stores looking to buy some (you know, for basket weaving etc.) but have so far had no luck.

So, the question: Does anyone know anything about where one buys rattan? Is there any other type of material that does the job just as well? And most importantly, how do canes *feel*?

I am breathlessly awaiting replies from my multitudinous readers.

Some pictures of our toys.

The smaller paddle we bought at a local grocery store. It hurts like hell. The second paddle we bought on a vacation in Maine. It's pretty hefty, and has become our preferred one. The crop and the dressage whip were bought at a local tack shop for less than twenty bucks. I like them both, but prefer the whip rather than the crop. The whip stings, while the crop is more of a dull thud (it hurts too, though.

My new real favourite, though, is the belt. Man that thing packs a wallop!. It's the kind of toy that really leaves marks, too. I've had some weird black spots and purple spots that have lasted for at least two weeks. Yippee!

Anyway, today was not a day for spanking (unfortunately). We're both just too busy.

Not quite there yet

I've been very busy at work these past few days. I'm just finishing up a large project, and I've got about four or five other things on the go. But today is Wednesday and I think I'm going to get paddled today. Yay!

I realized something on Sunday: I couldn't really take enough strokes with the belt to leave some nice bruises...and then I really could only take a few each from the crop and the whip, and I was trying to figure out how I could take more than that...I think it's because she sometimes rains the blows down fast rather than giving a good spank and then waiting a few seconds before the next one. I think we could also warm up a little more with the paddle first.

Anyway, I liked this picture. The woman is all business.

I'll post a few pictures of our toys (and my sore bottom) soon.

Sunday's spanking

It was more of a whipping. My darling wife started with the belt, leaving bruises (which I like). Then I asked her to try the crop. I could only take a few strokes of that. And finally she moved on to the dressage whip. Yike. That was harsh. Anyway. I still feel the effects when I sit a certain way. OUCH!!!

Wow! That was easy!

This is my very first blog--ever! Weird, but only because I enjoy reading other peoples' (especially spanking) blogs and it's never occurred to me to start one of my own.

Based on a few months of following several blogs, I've found only a small number of blogs about women who spank their men and the spanko men who love it, crave it, and generally get excited thinking about it.

I'm a male spanko with a lovely wife willing (and able! believe me) to use paddles, spoons, her belt, a crop, and a dressage whip on my poor tender bum.

As a start, I thought I'd post this pic I found somewhere on the internet. I love it. The woman's face, her pose...

Anyway, this is my story. I hope you like it!
